I'm Rachel, an NCPS-registered Integrative Therapist & Neurodiversity specialist. Providing Person-centred Counselling & Hypnotherapy tailored to your needs.
I offer a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment where you can explore your emotions, experiences, and inner world at your own pace.
I bring both professional expertise and genuine care into every session. I work integratively, which means I draw from different therapeutic approaches tailored to suit you - rather than expecting you to fit into a single model of therapy.

My work is grounded in the belief that healing happens through understanding, reflection, and being truly seen.
Therapy is conducted online. This offers great flexibility as sessions can easily be scheduled to fit around your busy work and family life commitments.
You need to ensure you have privacy for the session to avoid being overheard, disturbed or distracted. A reliable internet connection is essential too.
